Nous recherchons au sein de notre département indemnisation service Responsabilité Civile un(e) étudiant(e) en Master Droit des assurances pour un contrat en alternance d’un an.
Après une période d’adaptation dont la durée dépendra de votre degré d’autonomie, un petit portefeuille constitué de dossiers simples, amiables et à faibles enjeux vous sera confié.
Votre mission consistera à : • Analyser les garanties • Enregistrer le dossier sur nos systèmes informatiques • Faire une réponse approfondie au courtier • Mandater un expert si besoin • Evaluer les responsabilités • Proposer le cas échéant une indemnisation au tiers • Etre un support de l’équipe pour des tâches ponctuelles
