The Company Luma International :

Luma International is the new French subsidiary of LUMA group (mainly present in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Singapore), specialized in brokerage of health and non-life products for people residing in France, Europe but also international expatriates residing in Asia.

In an international expansion project, the development of Luma International is at the center of Luma group’s strategy for the years to come with the following main missions:

  • Make Luma International a world leader in insurance brokerage
  • Develop a reinsurance brokerage activity to make Luma International an expert in asian insurers needs in the european reinsurance market
  • Innovative product development for the entire Luma Group
  • Contribute to the expansion of the Luma group around the world

Description du poste

The Position :

In direct contact with the General Manager of Luma International in Bordeaux, France and the Head of Marketing of Luma Group in Bangkok, Thailand, the position consists of working on the strategic development of the Sales / Marketing department of Luma International for its brokerage activities in France/Europe and Asia.

Your missions will be as below and subject to modification according to the progress of the various projects:

  • Accountable for content strategy and campaigns planning
  • Analyzing performance, researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge to draw up action plans for business improvement
  • Ensure ROI targets and budget management are achieved
  • Build and execute the content strategy in line with Marketing goals
  • Select the best media mix, manage optimum media spending to drive brand building, web traffic and lead generation
  • Be alert to news to ensure content strategy meets market demand of information
  • Monitor competition landscape and activities to always stay ahead and maintain market leadership
  • Select and enroll strategic affiliate partners and successfully lead co-marketing activities
  • Carry out the development project of the new website (exchange and follow-up with the external marketing agency and marketing department of Luma Group) as well as the digital marketing development to increase customer acquisition
  • Conduct market studies (health, car and property insurance) in line with the company’s development strategy
  • Follow up on strategic projects related to the launch of our new health, car and property insurance offers
  • Lead market studies for individual prospects or companies to allow the sales team to start sales process
  • Establish network of business partners to increase Luma International network

Profil recherché

The Applicant’s Profile :

You have a BAC+4/5 degree and you are looking for an internship for your end of master 1 or end of business school studies; insurance or engineer

You have the following skills :

  • You are able to carry out several missions at the same time
  • You take lot of initiatives
  • You have a strong analytical skills
  • You have a interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are agile
  • You are ready to work in english with our Marketing team based in Thailand
  • You are interested in insurance market
  • You master Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • You are fluent in writing and oral in French and English

 

Contract: 6 month internship starting ASAP
